Mindful movement with Julia

Do you identify as deep feeler? Ever feel like you are holding the weight of the world on your shoulders? Me too! Being human can feel like a lot, am I right?! Join me for a very gentle yoga session (no Lululemon, yoga mat or super flexy bod required ) focused on releasing stress & built up angst in the body and mind.  Small doses of breath work & mindfulness meditation will be sprinkled in; think of this offering as a compassionate hug for your nervous system.  Come in your pjs or something super comfy. All bodies welcome.
